TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA I COLLECT

Event Details- type of event, venue, photos/ videos of the event for social media and promotional purposes.
Before and After Photo/ Video Images- for facial treatments, trials and events.
Email address for promotions and advertisement via newsletter, social media and other marketing.
The minimum information that I need from you so that you can receive my services are as above details. Without these details I will be unable to provide a full service. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with me, as this will have an impact on being able to fulfil the booking wholly.
WHEN DO I COLLECT INFORMATION
You may give us the above information by filling in a booking form or by corresponding with me by post, phone, email, social media or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you initially contact me either via email, social media or mobile phone number.

WHY DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION
I will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, I will use your personal data in the following circumstances, and on the following lawful bases:
Where I need to perform the contract I am about to enter into or have entered into with you, I will need to process a booking form, in order to prepare, plan & complete delivery of my services.
Where I need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
I also will use your personal data in the following ways: To promote my work using your photos, with permission first. To contact you regarding future offers or services I think you may be interested in.
I may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
WHEN WILL I SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
I shall not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. I shall however, share your personal data with third parties for the following reasons: if another professional within your occasions team needs to contact you & has mislaid your number or to confirm a venue address etc, I would ask you for permission in first instance as necessary.
I reserve the right to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal requirements, enforce our terms and conditions, or any other agreement we enter into with you, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business and other customers. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
WHERE WILL I STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
I have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. I am the only person who will have access to your information. I have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where I am legally required to do so.
HOW LONG WILL I KEEP HOLD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
How long I store your personal information depends upon the type of information I am holding and the purpose for which we need it.
I shall keep your data for the period of time you hold an account with me, to enable me to contact you, keep a record of your past invoices/ booking and supply you with any new invoices/ booking. I shall not keep your personal information for any longer than necessary to fulfil our obligations to you or to meet our legitimate business interests or legal requirements. I will ask you at the timing of confirming the services I provide to you, what information I shall keep or use, in order to gain permission to use the information (such as photos) or to get back in touch (with future offers on services). Any information not agreed to be kept will be removed from records once the booking has been fulfilled and the payment made in full.
Where you have given me your permission to contact you for marketing purposes, I shall contact you every year from the date on which you originally gave your permission to ensure that you still wish to be contacted in this way.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under certain circumstances, you have the following rights:
to request that I provide you with a copy of the information I hold about you (“Access Request”);
to request that I rectify any information we hold about you (“Right to Rectification”);
to request that we erase any information I hold about you (“Right to be Forgotten”);
to restrict the level of processing I carry out with your information (“Restriction of Processing”);
to obtain from me all personal data I hold about you in a structured, machine readable form, and have this information transmitted to another organisation (“Data Portability”);

I shall comply with any request made under this section as soon as possible, and normally within one month from the date of your request. However, if necessary, for example if your request is particularly complex or I receive a number of similar requests, I may extend this period by an additional two months, but we shall notify you if I need to do this. This is extremely unlikely due to the limited information I will have about you on record. I want to ensure I comply with GDPR guidelines on your rights.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). Please note that where I receive requests under this section which are manifestly unfounded or excessive, for example because they are repetitive in nature, I may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested or refuse to act on the request.
